Every story has a hero, someone in distress, and a few dragons to overcome. Your own story is no different, except that you play all the parts. This is the adventure. And the dragon? Not to worry. Once upon a time, she was a serpent, ever near the goddess and symbolic of deep, feminine wisdom. (Leave it to the patriarchs to give her hands and feet, fire in her belly, and label her evil!)

I have traveled this path numerous times, and made tools and processes to make the journey, if not easier, at least more meaningful. Years ago, I shared them in workshops.
